Ranjan is an Operating Executive on the Value Creation team and joined Vector in 2025.

Ranjan brings over 17 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A where he worked on over 100 deals including merger integration, carve-outs execution and rapid cost transformations with a focus on technology in the middle market. Prior to joining Vector, Ranjan spent 14+ years with EY-Parthenon in San Francisco (and other global offices) leading engagements for Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies including middle market and fortune 500 technology firms.

Ranjan received a MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and he graduated from VJTI, Mumbai with a Bachelor of Engineering.
