Prasannaa joined Vector as an Operating Executive on the Value Creation Team in 2021 bringing 15+ years of experience in M&A and Operational Excellence.

Prior to joining Vector, Prasannaa was the COO of Corel, a Vector investment that had a very successful exit to KKR in 2019, and more recently the Interim President leading the organization in the midst of the pandemic in 2020. With his background in engineering, operations, and delivery, Prasannaa was recognized for the unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen that he'd brought to Corel and had also helped other Vector portfolio companies during his tenure.

Leading the business operations, product development and expense management, Prasannaa played a key role in supporting the success of Corel’s M&A activities from due diligence through post-acquisition integration. Respected for his strong sense of fiscal responsibility, he was credited with dramatically increasing profitability for Corel.

Prior to Corel, Prasannaa served as the Program and Delivery Director at Versata and Trilogy leading the operations for a business unit that had a mix of acquired and organic enterprise software products.

Prasannaa pursued his MS in Electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University following a BE from SASTRA University, India.
