Dan is an Operating Principal on the Value Creation Team and joined Vector in 2018. With over 16 years of private equity and financial, strategic, and operational experience, Dan specializes in post-acquisition performance improvement, senior executive leadership, financial and operational diligence, and organizational transformation. Areas of expertise include profitability analysis and improvement, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, operating strategy design and execution, cash flow and working capital management, sales force effectiveness, organizational design, post-acquisition integration, and project management.

Prior to joining Vector, Dan was a Manager for Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Services Division, where he served in various interim management roles for portfolio companies of major private equity firms that were Alvarez & Marsal clients. Previously, Dan was an Associate with Sterling Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago.

Dan, who is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. and Masters from the University of Missouri, where he graduated with honors.
