Leap’s product suite enables event organizers to handle ticketing, fan engagement, advertising, event coordination, client organization, and virtual events. With roughly 200 employees, Leap serves thousands of customers across several live events verticals, helping clients automate their live events and provide exciting and memorable customer experiences.

Insight & Approach

The live event technology industry was severely impacted by COVID-19 and government-mandated closures in 2020. Prior to this impact, the industry had been growing quickly due to strong secular tailwinds of automation and experience-oriented consumer preferences. Vector identified Leap as a leader in this market with a robust technology platform, committed customer relationships, and a strong management team. However, due to the impact of COVID-19 on the business, Leap needed additional capital to weather the pandemic-induced closures in its industry.
