Insight & Approach

Bigtincan grew rapidly throughout its early history leading to a 2017 IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange Ltd (“ASX”). In 2021, Bigtincan acquired Brainshark, a market-leading provider of sales readiness and training software, which rounded out Bigtincan’s end-to-end product suite and doubled its scale. However, the Company’s sales began to decline in 2022 as its customers right-sized sales and marketing organizations and consolidated software vendors post the “2021 software bubble.” Under Vector ownership, Bigtincan will capitalize on normalized market dynamics, acceleration of AI adoption, and demand for automated and personalized customer experiences.
