Prior to Vector, Alex worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch in New York. While at Merrill Lynch, Alex advised on M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including technology, media, telecom, real estate and healthcare. His deal experience includes Comcast's acquisition of a controlling stake in NBC Universal, Monster Worldwide's purchase of Yahoo! HotJobs and EMC's acquisition of Data Domain.
Alex graduated cum laude from Yale University with Distinction in the History major.
