Katie Solomon is Vice President, Human Capital and Investor Relations at Vector Capital. Katie brings experience in recruiting, finance, marketing and consulting to her role at Vector.
Prior to Vector, Katie worked in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates. Her search work focused on recruiting CEO and senior level executives to private equity and venture backed companies. Previously, Katie led the Marketing team at Harvard Business School Career Services where she was responsible for business development and corporate outreach initiatives.
Prior to that, she worked in brand management at the Clorox Company. Previously, Katie directed the global investment banking recruiting department at Robertson Stephens. Katie began her career as a Consultant with Bain & Company where she advised both Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Katie received her B.A. in American Studies, Phi Beta Kappa, and her M.A. in English from Stanford University. She received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
